Refund Policy

Each Shook bag is handmade with care, just for you which means we don’t accept refunds or returns.

 

Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we begin working on your custom piece and can no longer cancel or modify your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged don’t worry we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at gdadvertisements@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram at @Shook.gre within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
